The Ordeal We're Going Through...

September 27, 2009 was my 5th year anniversary in Manila...and what a disastrous gift it gave me!!! The name "ONDOY" will forever be remembered. According to the 1st settlers in our area, it will take a month or so before the water subsides...so guys, wish us luck!!!

Back in SG!

Hello Guys!

I know, Alex and Weng are still experiencing the hagupit of Ondoy. Let us pray for both of them na maging ok sila.

Tawee, Bolex...Please let us know of any help we can extend.

Anyway...after 3 days of waiting in Davao, finally, I am back here in SG. My flight last Sat was cancelled due to weather conditions. They rescheduled me to Sunday's departure but di pa rin daw kaya. Yesterday, with God's grace, I was able to leave na.

A Birthday Message

In the beginningless and endless stream of time, night and day, rain and shine, roll endlessly on; they are carried mercilessly on over the universe by flood. The term of living beings diminishes with every day. While being carried forward in the flood, man is surprisingly unaware of his fate; he never spends a thought on his fast declining life-term. He is blind in his ignorance.

Riches and wealth are short-lived; office and authority are temporary; the life-breath is a flickering flame in the wind. Youth is a three-day fair. Pleasures and fortunes are bundles of sorrow. Knowing this, if man devotes this limited term of life to the service of the Almighty, then, he is indeed blessed.

Birthdays are but arbitrary milestones of life's journey on earth. But its significance lies on how you traveled the road, the loved ones you allowed to join you, the humps you surpassed and the people you met along the way.

I can definitely say that all of you, my co-creators of this so-called friendship, are not the people I met along the way, but part of the bunch of loved ones who unconditionally joined me in this wonderful journey of laughters and tears...in this meaningful journey called LIFE.

I thank all of you for this and hope that we continuously share more memories for a lifetime.
